  • Clean boxes, tubes, bottle caps and lids
  • Tape and glue
  • Markers

Let's play

  1. Collect clean things that would go in the recycling.
  2. Build a robot: a box body, tube arms, cap eyes.
  3. Give it a name and a special job.
  4. Talk about it: what else could we reuse instead of throwing away?
Grown-up tip: Keep a "making box" by the recycling bin. Leave small bottle caps out for under-3s.
