Fizz Says Sorry
Ages 3–5Friendship1 minute read
Pip built a tower out of blocks. Red, blue, yellow, green. It was taller than Pip!
Fizz came hopping in, very fast. Boing! Boing! BOING! He bumped right into the tower. CRASH!
Blocks went everywhere. Pip's eyes filled with tears.
Fizz felt hot and sorry all over. "I didn't mean to," he said. Then he stopped. That wasn't quite enough.
Fizz looked at Pip. "I'm sorry I knocked down your tower. I was hopping too fast. Can I help you build it again?"
Pip sniffled. Then he nodded. "You hand me the blocks, and I'll stack them."
Together they built a new tower — even taller than before. This time, Fizz walked around it very, very slowly, on tippy-toes.
"It's the best tower ever," said Pip. "Because we built it together."
